Ellen Hughes has agreed to repeat her basic Rally Course.  

If three or fewer people sign up for each of the Novice and the Intermediate and Advanced levels, the classes on August 17 and August 31 will be open to those interested in training for the Excellent and Above levels.  If four or more people have signed up for either of the lower level classes, Excellent and Above classes will be offered in the Fall.
