CDOTC Membership offers the following:
o Discounted class and skill session rates, free group time.
o First sign up access to CDOTC seminars, workshops and events.
o Goal oriented and supportive training groups.
In addition, club members are can opt to assist in stewarding the Obedience and Rally competitions for the Skyline Kennel Club’s annual show, participate in public events and celebrate club members annual accomplishments.
How do I become a CDOTC member?
o Complete one of our offered classes, attend a sponsored event or interview with an active member.
o Attend a membership meeting to introduce yourself.
Our meetings are usually held the first Monday every other month at 6:30 pm. Check the calendar for our next meeting date and location.
o Submit a completed member application.
o Membership dues are:
· $40.00 for single membership (January through June) ($20.00 for new members joining after July 1 for the remainder of the initial year.)
· $60.00 for family membership (January through June) ($30.00 for new members joining after July 1 for the remainder of the initial year.)
· $20.00 for Associate membership ( Student or 17 and under) (January through June) ($10.00 for new members joining after July 1 for the remainder of the initial year.)
o All membership applicants agree to the following release of liability:
The applicant understands that by requesting membership in the Commonwealth Dog Obedience Training Club, they are assuming liability for any property damage which might result from their participation in any club event or activity and that neither Commonwealth Dog Obedience Training Club, Crimora Community Center, an instructor, or the host party will be responsible for any loss or injury which might occur as a result of the applicant’s participation in any event or activity.
